These antique silver amulets are of sterling silver quality or higher, and all represent the Hindu god Skanda and the seven mothers. Skanda is also known by his northern name Kartikeya and by the name Murugan. His full name is Skanda Subrahmanya Shanmukha.

Originating in southern India, this amulet is traditionally worn for protection. All bails (fastening loops) have been strengthened or replaced for security. Early 19th - early 20th century.

Measurements: all vary between 1.2 and 1.6 cm in width
