Matching Turkoman women's cap jewellery (adamlik), also called temple pendants or temple ornaments.  Low grade or no silver, finished with carnelian and glass stones.  Finished with an array of leaf and diamond shaped dangles and bells. Most likely Yomud. Mid 20th Century. 

This interesting and very rare pair of matching pendants would have once adorned the sides of the high embroidered headdress of a Turkoman woman, sewn into the fabric of the cap or veil at a high point near the temples so that the dangles lay below the shoulders. A rare example of domestic Turkoman jewellery.
